WHY I LOVE PASTOR LAWRENCE OYOR SO MUCH // APOSTLE LAWRENCE NNGANO 🇨🇲

WHY I LOVE PASTOR LAWRENCE OYOR SO MUCH 😔🔥

There are men you admire for their gift.
There are men you follow for their grace.
And then there are men you fearfully respect because their hunger for God condemns your excuses.

Pastor Lawrence Oyor is that kind of man.

I don’t love him because of the song FAVOUR....
I love him because of the PRICES behind such sounds...

Most people only hear the song.
Few know the groans that birthed it.

He once said in a podcast that the song Favour came after 700 HOURS OF TONGUES.
Not 7 hours.
Not 70.
Seven hundred.

Let that sit with you.

In 2016, this man shut down his life for 9 MONTHS.
No noise.
No platform.
No applause.

Just a young man locking himself away, praying for hours DAILY, chasing a God most people claim to love but never have time for.

He would gather children and teenagers, yes, CHILDREN
and pray with them for 12 HOURS EVERY DAY FOR TWO WEEKS.😭😭

Kai 😭😭🔥🔥🙌🏽

While others were teaching them choreography,
he was teaching them how to host God.

This is not hype.
This is not branding.
This is BLOOD-STAINED CHRISTIANITY.

He has shared how he would be singing and suddenly hear ANGELS backing him up through the speakers.

Strange Encounters....😭🙌🏽

He shared an experience where he literally disappeared and later found himself in WALES,
transported by God into realms most of us only debate about online.

And yet…
THIS SAME MAN DID NOT START LIKE THIS.

He said it clearly:
He was a pastor’s kid who HATED PRAYER.
He hated fasting.
Those things were his nightmares.

But today, the very disciplines he once avoided
have become his greatest strengths.

He organizes 12 HOURS PRAYER MEETINGS now in almost every city in nigeria and nations around the world...

That should give someone hope.

And then there’s this story that broke me.

A friend once told Lawrence Oyor that he had a dream.
In that dream, he saw SATAN’S MOST WANTED LIST OF YOUTHS IN NIGERIA,
men hell was desperate to shut down.

Lawrence Oyor’s name was NUMBER 3.

What was his reaction?

Did he panic?
Did he become afraid?
Did he slow down?

No.

He SCREAMED IN PAIN.

He cried and said:

“GOD… WHO ARE NUMBER 1 AND 2?
WHAT ARE THEY DOING THAT I AM NOT DOING?”

He wasn’t proud.
He was BROKEN.
Broken that others were paying a heavier price than him.

That is hunger.🙌🏽😭

That is a man who is not trying to escape hell,
but a man who wants to TORMENT IT.😭😭🔥🔥

Sir/Ma, men like this don’t fall from the sky.
They are forged in secret places.
They are produced where nobody is watching.
They are shaped where applause cannot enter.

If you want his anointing,
you must respect his altar.

If you want his sound,
you must understand his silence.

LESSONS WE MUST LEARN:

1️⃣ God is not attracted to talent, He responds to hunger.

2️⃣ What you avoid today may be the very tool God will use tomorrow.

3️⃣ Christianity without sacrifice is a social club, not a calling.

This generation doesn’t lack singers.
We lack MEN WHO BLEED BEFORE THEY SING.

Lord… raise us again.
Strip us of convenience.
Return us to hunger.

A WORD TO YOU READING THIS

Jesus did not die to give us a religion.
He died to give us LIFE, reconciliation with God, and access back to the secret place.

If you are far from Him, cold, or tired of shallow Christianity, this is your moment.

PRAY WITH ME:

Lord Jesus, I acknowledge my need for You.
I repent of shallow living and dead religion.
Wash me by Your blood.
Rekindle hunger in my heart.
Restore me to intimacy with You.
I receive Your life, Your Spirit, and Your fire.
In Jesus’ name. Amen.
