IN GOD’S KINGDOM, THERE ARE RANKS || REV BOBBS LYONGA ELIVE
When matters of national concern arise and people’s lives are at stake, wisdom calls us to allow fathers in the faith to speak. Thank God, the Church in Cameroon has such seasoned voices: Super Papa Billy Lubanza, Right Rev. Chris Raymond Ngwu, Archbishop Anyere Tah Godfred, Dr. Daniel Mbiwan, Dr. Sunday M. Mbote, and other respected leaders whom God has entrusted with authority.
We may not always agree with their positions, but publicly att☆cking or contradicting them is not maturity, it is dishonour. Even worse is criticising a servant of God simply because their perspective differs from ours, especially in a tense season and turning point like this when unity is urgent.
My humble appeal to all ministers is that let us avoid divisive and h☆rsh language. The Bible teaches that love does not insist on its own way. Love listens. Love respects. Love preserves unity. We can state our convictions without tearing others down. We can disagree without being disagreeable.
Beloved men and women of God, our knees will accomplish more than our posts. Prayer will frustr☆te the en3my’s agenda more than online debates. Nobody has the monopoly of wisdom or revelation. There is always a way to speak truth without creating wœůnds.
Beloved brothers and sisters, this is not the hour for division, it is the hour for united intercession. Let us stand together and pray for peace, for the preservation of lives and property, and for the perfect will of God to prevail in Cameroon.
