Drawing from the book of Genesis 1:28, when God created everything, He declared it good. However, it was only after He created man that He pronounced a blessing upon him, granting him dominion over all things. Though man came last, he was set apart by God’s divine favor.
When God keeps you in waiting, it is not abandonment but preparation. No matter how long it takes, what God has ordained for you can not be taken by another. In life, strive not just to be good but to be blessed.
Blessings are not determined by your background or education. Do not rush through life, delay is not a denial. When God’s blessing is upon you, your weaknesses turn into strengths, your inabilities transform into abilities, and your deficiency becomes efficiency.
You know you are blessed when others seem ahead of you, yet you enjoy greater favor. You may feel unqualified, but God chooses whom He wills, just as He chose David, a shepherd boy who became a King.
However, divine blessings require both God's action and your participation. "Faith without works is dead" (James 2:26).While patience means waiting on God, procrastination is when God is waiting for you to take action.
The blessing of God is a transformative force that overrides limitations and establishes divine favor. Recognize your role in the process, walk in faith, and embrace the timing of God, for "The blessing of the Lord makes one rich, and He adds no sorrow with it" (Proverbs 10:22).
