In the journey of life, pain is inevitable, but you must choose the right pain. For instance, there is pain in being forty years old and not married, but there is also pain in marrying the wrong person. Choose the right pain. There is pain in working hard to study and pass an exam, but there is also pain in failing the exam if you don't study. Choose the right pain. There is pain in being childless for a long time, but there is also pain in carrying a pregnancy for nine months and delivering. Choose the right pain. There is pain in working hard to prosper in life, but there is also pain in settling for poverty and lack. Choose the right pain.
You need to embrace certain productive pains if you must get better in life. Waking up early to go to work is painful but you need it. Sacrifice to fast and pray is painful but you need it. Correction is painful but you need it. Rebuke is painful but you need it.
TAKE NOTE: There is a temperamental reaction to pain that can affect your ability to withstand and conquer the pain to get your praise. Don't let your temperament affect your pain management capacity, because sometimes the pain won't even look like anything hopeful, but God is working. There are four temperaments that affect every human being. They are: Sanguine, choleric, melancholic, and phlegmatic.
If you are phlegmatic, study the life of Abraham. If you are melancholic, study the life of Moses. If you are choleric, study the life of Paul. And if you are sanguine, study the life of Peter.
Under the prophetic regalia of my father, papa Joshua Iginla, I catapult you out of destructive pain into massive praise. In Jesus name.
