DEAR LEADER, YOU HAVE AN EBUKA IN YOUR CHOIR RIGHT NOW, PLEASE SAVE US THE FUTURE TROUBLE.

You have many of your own Ebukas...They are not just popular yet.You are celebrating their gifts and saying nothing about their arrogance. You are excusing their character issues, allowing him to lead choir, permitting him to keep playing the keyboard with deep seated issues of arrogance and pride.

You are rebuking an Ebuka that is beyond your reach yet you have an Ebot, a Tanyi, a nji who manipulates their phone during service and you say nothing because you don't want to lose him..You need a pianist this Sunday so you will let him get away with every sense of arrogance...

You are hoping he will read your Facebook post about Ebuka and adjust.Well, he will actually read it but he will go and do his own post and block you.

And please this is not even about the whole Ebuka saga...This is about a quiet creeping cancer where you are.Keep your house in order.Every young talented person around you who refused to submit to authority will not be anything less.

You don't mind his arrogance now because he seems "loyal" to the foolishness you both share...You encourage the posts and videos he makes arrogantly against other church leaders, infact you enjoy it!

Ebuka is the result of many failed leaders he has met. When he leaves one ministry, he will be quickly embraced by another who wants to use his name for their glory...

If I rebuke a brother today and he leaves with the same character issue to you and you realize it and rebuke him and he goes somewhere else and they rebuke him, by the time he has been disciplined in 5 different places, he will have to settle down and adjust....

but guess what?

Somebody somewhere is going to "show him love" and understand his own side of the issur and try to make him feel at home, not because they are loving and caring but because they are trying to keep him, and when they finally realize they can't keep him, they now tag him arrogant...(as if they didn't know)

Pastor Chris is a proof that if you train men well, even if they leave home, they will behave like children with an upbringing....

As for Minister Ebuka and Rev Kesiener, may God keep them both.
